What we do

One move. One partner.

We close your accounts at the old site on the right date, with final readings taken and recorded.

We set up power, water, phone lines, broadband and waste at your new site.

We arrange new meters, connections or bigger supplies if the site needs them. See Metering and site works →

We check the last bills at your old site and the first bills at your new one.

The earlier you tell us, the smoother it goes. Some phone lines and connections take weeks to arrange.

How it runs

From six weeks out to your first bills.

Six weeks before

Tell us your dates and the new address. We check what's already there and order what's needed.

Two weeks before

We confirm switch-over dates and book any meter works.

On the day

Take meter readings at both sites, with photos. We send them to your suppliers.

After you move

We check the final and first bills, and chase anything that's wrong.

How we are paid

No fee to pay.

There is no fee to pay us. For gas, electricity and water, the supplier you choose pays us a commission, included in your rates, and we show you the full amount, per unit and in pounds over the contract, before you agree anything. For phone lines, broadband, mobiles and waste, the provider you choose pays us. For solar, EV charging and meter works, the price we quote is the price you pay. Where meter works are included in your energy or water contract, our commission is in your rates, and we show you the full amount before you agree anything.
